My sleeping time is when people usually get up. The entire neighbourhood seems asleep at like 1-2AM except for the crazy person who plays the guzheng even at 3AM. -_-
However, as much as I like the silence at night, I’m beginning to think these early sleepers are kinda smart. Why?
Cos theres CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN THE MORNING UGHHHH omfg I got woken up by all the drilling etc....

Bravo!
Chi Cao as Li Cunxin is :D His performance was excellent. I looooooove the Swan Lake parts and his first dance with Lori! I repeated that so many times :) Best thing: IRL Chi Cao is the son of one of Li’s former ballet teachers. !!!
He has this really sharp face that reminds me of all the idealistic youths in chinese communist propaganda posters!

Started reading Chuck Palahniuk’s Choke around 5AM and finished it around 8AM. Then I went to sleep. XD

Overall 5 stars. Fresh, exciting and interesting. Honest, funny and real. Inspiring, hopeful and wonderful. That sums it up for me.
It did not disappoint.
I am surprised that all the mentions of Mao’s society- the words and descriptions used are so similar to those in Wild Swans. It’s so amazing to see these authors write about such a life.

camera died
Remember when my my mum’s camera had a near death experience cos I put it in a cereal box trying to sneak school videos for DHD?
Well. It happened again but no amount of pushing, twisting, switching on/off, battery charging/changing etc has worked as of yet. ZZZ
Ohwell. Time to bring forward the plans of a new camera then.
